Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the pick up/delivery date, and is non-refundable after payment is received. If payment is paid in full before the remaining balance due date, any cancellations prior to that deadline will be store credited at 50% and can be used for any future booking date. Holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-credible due to high demand. NO cash payments. After inquiring, we will reach out and send you a detailed invoice. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies, you make it possible for us to do this work we love so much. Please plan accordingly when ordering our boards.. At least 14 days prior to your large gatherings/events and at least 7 days prior for personal boards is recommended, so that we can create something magical and check off all your magical charcuterie board wishes on your list! Timing and locating unique supplies is everything.Thank you so much!
